I saw Ms. Laskar after a difficult pregnancy and delivery that left me with a lot of pain in my back, hips, and glutes. I couldn’t walk or lie down without hurting. After 5 sessions, I am completely relieved. An attentive, meticulous, professional, and trustworthy woman. Thank you a thousand times for making my postpartum easier. I recommend her 1000%. Best osteopath!

Why see an osteopath

Why see an Osteopath?

Osteopathy helps relieve muscle and joint pain, restore mobility, and better manage common issues like back pain, migraines, and digestive discomfort.

It also supports pregnant women and postpartum recovery, as well as infants and children dealing with colic or restless nights. At my Katamon practice in Jerusalem, I see patients in both English and French, so you can describe exactly what you’re feeling.

My approach

Attentive listening, measured touch

When you walk into my practice, you arrive in a place where you feel heard. I start by taking the time to understand your story and your medical history, then build a treatment that truly fits you.

A listening ear

Real time to talk at every session, without ever rushing you.

Always gentle

Tailored techniques that respect your body and your pace.

A calming space

A quiet, light-filled room designed for your comfort and privacy.

Frequently asked questions

You might be wondering

Where can I find an English-speaking osteopath in Jerusalem?

My practice is located in Jerusalem, in the Katamon neighborhood. I’m a French-trained Osteopath D.O. and I see patients in English and French, serving the English-speaking and international community of Jerusalem and Israel.

Who can book an appointment at the practice?

I exclusively see women, pregnant women, babies, and children. My practice covers women’s health, pregnancy care, the postpartum period, pediatrics, as well as Renata França method treatments.

Do I need a prescription to see an osteopath?

No. You can see an osteopath directly, without a medical prescription. If a medical opinion is needed, I’ll point you to your doctor: my work comes as a complement to your ongoing care.

Are consultations held in English?

Yes - I see patients in both English and French. What matters to me is that you can explain everything, and understand everything, in your own language, so nothing gets lost in translation.

How long does an osteopathy session last?

Plan on about 45 minutes to an hour: enough time to listen to you, treat you gently, and go over everything together at the end.
